May 17, 2016: Last night, Susanne Bartsch kicked off her weekly summer extravaganza at Le Bain. A Salon On Top with chanteuses Joey Arias, Amanda Lepore, Dirty Martini started the evening with music by Amber Valentine and Eli Escobar closing it out.
May 17, 2016: RuPaul's Drag Race crossed its Season 8 finish line with a special live finale last night in New York City. Reigning queen Violet Chachki crowned the winner, Bob The Drag Queen, while Shangela hosted performances by the top five finalists Thorgy Thor, Derrick Barry, Naomi Smalls, Chi Chi Devayne, and Kim Chi. Bob The Drag Queen ended the evening, performing her new single, "Purse First."
May 15, 2016: Shawn Paul Mazur and Matthew Gagnon’s renowned rooftop rager returned Sunday for another season in the shadow of the Empire State. Go-gos Stephen, Lexi, and David were looking real cute with DJ Vito Fun spinning danceable beats that kept the chilly but packed crowd warm.
May 14, 2016: For the first time ever, Trade Saturdays moved upstairs to the main room of Space Ibiza with DJs Brett Henrichsen (NYC) and Alexander (LA) behind the turntables. There was a line most of the night as lots of eye candy clammored to make their way into the massive dance hall.
May 15, 2016: The Urban Bear Weekend culminated with the popular Street Fair where lots of beefy, burly men swarmed onto the unassuming block of Little West 12th Street. From pie eating contests and beer belly offs, a portion of the day's proceeds benefitted Freedom for All Americans.
May 14, 2016: The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the LGBT community and the issues that affect their lives. The GLAAD Media Awards also fund GLAAD's work to amplify stories from the LGBT community and issues that build support for acceptance.
