Honey Crisp Cobbler

Serves 1


2 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 oz rosemary-vanilla infused syrup
½ Honey Crisp apple, chopped
3 dashes orange bitters
3 cranberries
1 cinnamon stick


1. Poke the cranberries with a fork and soak them in a bit of bourbon to cover. Let rest.
2. Gently simmer several sprigs of rosemary and a split vanilla bean in one cup water and ½ cup sugar.
3. When the sugar has dissolved, remove the mixture from heat and let cool.
4. Muddle the apple in a cocktail shaker and set aside.
5. Pour the bourbon with the bitters and a dash of the syrup in an ice-filled shaker and stir before straining into a double highball glass over ice.
6. Add the muddled apple, sitrring to incorporate it into the drink and garnish with the cranberries and cinnamon stick. Serve and enjoy!
