One minute with our Gym & Fitness issue model, Keith Dorsch

Have you done much modeling before?
I've been modeling for about three years as a hobby. I've been getting more Fitness modeling work lately and hope to continue in that direction.

What else do you have coming up that you're looking forward to?
I recently modeled for a Fitness Instruction book called Exercise in Action that is being released this spring.
 
What's your exercise routine or fitness tips?
My routine is centered mostly around weight lifting and strength training. I lift 5-6 days a week and change up my routine every few weeks to keep things fresh.
 
Where do you work out?
I workout at New York Sports Clubs and in Central Park in warmer weather.

Do you have a favorite cocktail?
My go to drink is a Bourbon Manhattan.

What's your favorite party, club or event in New York?
I go out with friends to Hell's Kitchen bars and clubs and frequent the drag queen performances locally in Harlem at Suite.
 
What's your favorite New York neighborhood?
New York is my hometown, every neighborhood has its highlights for me.
 
What do you look for in a guy?
In a guy, I looked for confidence, charisma, determination and kindness, and was lucky to find all that and then some!
 
What was the shoot like?
The shoot was a lot of fun! The photographer Kevin and his team are talented and comfortable to work with. The trainers involved with the shoot were friendly and helpful guys. I'm glad to have had the experience!

What's your #1 exercise at the gym?
I don't have any #1 favorite exercise, I prefer compound moves like squats, bench press, and deadlifts.
