The Greek Salad at Anassa Taverna
2 vine-ripened tomatoes,
cut into wedges
1/3 cup Persian cucumbers, sliced
¼ red onion, sliced
¼ green bell pepper, sliced
2 pieces of feta cheese
A handful of Kalamata olives for garnish
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a bowl and then toss in the salad ingredients and mix thoroughly. Garnish with the Kalamata olives and enjoy!
