Fogo de Chão's Caipirinha
1 medium to large lime
2 Tbs sugar to taste
2 oz Cachaça
1. Halve each lime and slice into five to eight round pieces.
2. Place lime slices in a shaker, reserving three for a garnish, add sugar and muddle.
3. Top with ice and add cachaca. Shake briskly in a shaker and serve in a rocks glass over fresh ice.
